Singing Boys Brewing
This beer was brewed on May 12, 2012 by my oldest son Hugh, my friend Mike and me. We fermented it cool, 60-62 F, and because it is such a big beer, we bulk aged it for six months.
This is a sweetish, thick, high alcohol, malt-forward beer. Its got hints of raisins, caramel and complex malt flavors with no hop flavor or aroma. As you would expect with a 9% abv beer, it has a nice warming alcohol sensation that spreads across your belly - perfect for sipping when the winter weather arrives.
